Abstract
The cases are reported of a dysmature and a slightly premature neonate, with the transient neonatal diabetes mellitus syndrome. Insulin therapy was necessary for a period of 10 weeks. The clinical picture and the examinations performed during the acute stage and during the period of recovery are described.
