Abstract

This case presents a patient with a range of neutrophilic dermatoses, both clinical and histopathological, associated with myeloproliferative disease. Treatment with regular medication, prednisone, failed due to serious side effects, such as aseptic necrosis of both hips. Anti-TNFα treatment resulted in remission of symptoms without further adverse-events.
