N2 - Objectives. To evaluate the short-term and long-term efficacy of our multidisciplinary outpatient care program in adult atopic dermatitis patients. Methods. This is an observational retrospective study of adult patients with AD who were seen at the outpatient department of Dermatology of the UMC Utrecht between March 2009 and September 2013. Eczema activity, as measured by Six Area, Six Sign Atopic Dermatitis (SASSAD) severity score and Body Surface Area (BSA) involvement, and topical and systemic immunosuppressive treatment were assessed at initial visit (T0), <3 months (T1), 3-6 months (T2), 6-9 months (T3) and > 9 months (T4). Results. 251 patients were included (141 women, 110 men) with a mean age of 34 years. Mean SASSAD and BSA were respectively 23.7 and 37.6 at T0. Mean SASSAD reduced by 67.5% and mean BSA by 60.9% from T0 to T1 (p
