Abstract

Linear IgA dermatosis is a rare bullous disorder with a polymorph clinical pattern. It can resemble different bullous diseases. Sometimes the typical 'cluster of jewels sign' or the 'string of beads sign' can be seen. Direct immunofluorescence is the golden standard for diagnosis. The individual immunogenetic variations could explain their clinical picture.
