Abstract

A 53-year-old man complained of weight loss, night sweats, and splenomegaly. The patient was diagnosed with stage IV hepatosplenic γδ T-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, a highly aggressive and rare form of peripheral T-cell lymphoma. After completing CHOP chemotherapy, the patient relapsed. He did not respond to subsequent alemtuzumab therapy.
