Abstract

The majority of clinical chemistry laboratories in the Netherlands participate in the external quality-assurance programme organized by the Section Endocrinology of the Foundation Quality Control Medical Laboratories (SKML). The present contribution reviews the results of the external quality assurance of HCG over the period 2002-2009 and recommends improvements of assays.
