Abstract

Unfortunately, several changes requested by the authors during proof production were not implemented before publication. These are listed below and have now been carried out in the full article online. The publisher apologises for this error. • A personal comment below the graphical abstract was removed • The graphical abstract was replaced. The abbreviation “SCAR” was replaced by “Supracoronary AAR” • Links to references below table 4 were removed • The footnote “b” of table 4 was adjusted to say “Exclusion of studies performed in Asia: Fukui et al. [6], Maitusong et al. [27] and Suzuki et al. [23].” • The footnote “a” was included to the header of the 6th column in table 4.
