METHOD: The CORE was used with 37 depressed in-patients and was scored by 5 psychiatrists. Intra-class correlation (ICCagreement) was tested.

RESULTS: ICCagreement of the total score (0.80), and the subscales non-interaction (0.74), retardation (0.70) and agitation (0.79) were sufficient.
