Abstract

The authors regret to inform that there was an error in the variable that was used to plot Figure 1, the Kaplan-Meier curve, namely the distribution of patients per category. The numbers of patients allocated in the groups 1 to 7, described in Figure 1 of the paper were reported to be 6, 110, 139, 65, 64, 30 and 2, respectively. However, the right numbers should have been 6, 110, 139, 65, 53, 24 and 19. The authors have carried out the analyses as described in the paper with the correct numbers. This did not influence the results, or the conclusions as presented in the paper. All statistical significances remained unaltered. The correct figure and table, corresponding to the paper is below.
