In Table, the regression coefficients (“beta”) and ORs of third and fourth columns (“CS-FD vs spont” and “IVD-FTP vs. spont”) were switched and as a result had the wrong headers. The correct table should read: Multivariable associations for model 2 (antepartum and intrapartum characteristics)) (Table presented.) Spont., spontaneous delivery. Shrunken; shrinkage factor 0.98–1.02.
