Abstract

Take Home Message Local and androgen-deprivation therapies are guideline recommendations in localized and metastatic prostate cancer, respectively. However, in select patients the alternative use of radiopharmaceutical therapies may be considered to delay or avoid quality-of-life decline associated with other systemic treatments.
