N2 - A patient is presented with complaints of a hypermobile right ear due to agenesis of the superior and posterior auricularis muscles and a thin concha cartilage. Suturing the concha cartilage to the mastoid bone and temporal fascia gave sufficient support of the external ear without creating a gross difference in appearance of both ears.
