Abstract
Individualisering binnen de medisch specialistische vervolgopleiding biedt kansen voor jonge professionals om meer uit hun opleiding te halen. Hierdoor worden competente specialisten opgeleid die beter zijn voorbereid op wat de maatschappij van toekomstig zorgprofessionals vraagt. “Individualisering biedt een kans om je eigen draai aan de opleiding te geven.”
