Biography

Kim works as an implementation researcher at the Julius Center for Health Sciences and Primary Care. By using qualitative and survey research, Kim focusses on the patient perspective, health behavior, sexual health, health decision-making, implementation, and evaluation in relation to infectious diseases and immunity. She aims to make an impact that matters with her research by placing the opinions, perspective, and experience of patients at the forefront of healthcare and scientific research. Currently, she works on multidisciplinary projects together with patient originations, such as the Dutch HIV association, to include the perception of people with HIV in HIV cure related research and prevention efforts.
