I am a PhD candidate in the lab of Prof. Sabine Fuchs where I optimize innovative gene-editing techniques as base- and prime editing and their non-viral delivery strategies. I come from a biotechnical background with Master of Sciences degree in Cancer, Stem Cells and Developmental Biology at Utrecht University. Here, on the bridge between translational and fundamental sciences, I get the opportunity to design new treatment strategies for clinical use.
