Biography
Medical doctor from Chile, specialized in Internal Medicine, with international certification in Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM, 2019). Holds a MSc in One Health from Utrecht University, where she focused on data visualization methods to integrate environmental, lifestyle, and biological data for individual exposome risk assessment, supporting the future development of an exposome app.
Currently a researcher (PhDc) at UMC Utrecht, studying the implementation of lifestyle medicine in secondary and tertiary care.
Over 10 years of clinical experience in hospital and outpatient care in Chile, with additional experience in education, including undergraduate medical training and Lifestyle Medicine Certificate Programs in Chile.
Co-founder and inaugural president of the Chilean Society of Lifestyle Medicine (2020–2022).
