Many challenges in nursing field, especially as a result op the COVID pandemic:: outflow of personnel, dissatisfaction, work-related stress, poorer quality (Stalpers, Tilburgs & van Mol, 2021). New work models in the organisation of nursing care are necessary, because more is not always better. How to make optimal use of everyone? Focus of policy: capacity management. New work model: deployment of capabilities.
